TOXINS LIKELY TO LEAK INTO PORT PHILLP BAY IF DREDGING GOES AHEAD

Greens MLC Sue Pennicuik will release a report tomorrow on the Inquiry into
the recent Channel Deepening Supplementary Evironmental Effects Statement.

The report describes the Inquiry process, outlines the case presented by
the
Port of Melbourne and the serious environmental, economic and health risks
expressed by many of the presenters at the SEES Hearing.
