Correction

William Hughes Mearns, rather than A. A. Milne is credited with the poem
"The Little Man" (1910):

		Yesterday upon the stair 
		I met a man who wasn't there. 
		He wasn't there again today 
		Oh how I wish he'd go away. 

"There are other references as early as 1899. Whoever first penned it
was very prescient," Senator Brown said.
