Greens & Dignity for Disability MLCs call for
  A Statewide Borderline Personality Disorder Specialised Service Unit in SA

In light of the World Mental Health Day celebrations at Rundle Park the Greens Mental Health Spokesperson Tammy Franks MLC and Dignity for Disability Kelly Vincent MLC will today call for a State-wide Specialised Borderline Personality Disorder Service (Unit) to be established for SA.

                      WHO:          Tammy Franks MLC, Kelly Vincent MLC joined by:
             Dr. Martha Kent – A well know Adelaide psychiatrist
             Ms Janne McMahon OAM, who is a Patron, Australian BPD Foundation
*This call follows the key recommendation of the State Government’s An Overview of current delivery of Borderline Personality Disorder services in the public sector across South Australia and a proposed way forward report by Dr Martha Kent and Dr Prue McEvoy released this year.
