Senator Rhiannon at Newcastle Bust the Budget rally

Greens NSW Senator Lee Rhiannon will join thousands of people, including students and union members at nationwide protests against Tony Abbott's horror budget -  welfare cuts, the privatisation of higher education, the increase in health care costs, cuts to Aboriginal community support services and grants for apprentices slashed.

Senator Rhiannon will address the Newcastle rally along with representatives of unions and community groups.
