WHAT:   Aboriginal Lands Parliamentary Standing Committee's Inquiry into
                the Stolen Generations' Reparations Tribunal Bill will conclude its public
                hearings tomorrow, hearing testimony from the Kaurna/ Narungga/
                Ngarrindjeri  woman  Ms Katrina Power.

WHERE:  Plaza Room, Parliament House, North Tce, Adelaide

WHEN:  Tuesday, November 20th (tomorrow) from 9.30am - 11.00 am

WHO:    Ms Katrina Power was formerly the first (and only) indigenous journalist with
               the Advertiser and previously Chairperson of Tandanya Aboriginal Cultural
               Institute. An accomplished contemporary artist in her own right, she was the
               director of a domestic violence shelter, has consulted on Aboriginal mental
               health issues with the Women's & Children's Hospital and had been a
               consultant on reconciliation issues at state and federal level. Her former
               partner, a Stolen Generation victim, committed suicide in 2003.
