Hearings in Melbourne on Tuesday, Sydney on Wednesday

WHAT:
Senator Sarah Hanson-Young will be attending the hearings for the Senate
Education, Employment and Workplace Relations Committee's Inquiry into
the Welfare of International Students, which she established in June.

"International education is an area where we have needed to pull back
the rug and have a good look at what's underneath for some time, which
is why the Greens moved to set up the accessible, transparent process of

"Quality benchmarks for education, support services, compliance,
regulation and student visa conditions must all be examined closely to
get Australia's international education reputation back on track." -
