Greens announce "No Mandate, No Privatisation" Electricity Bill

What:   Media Conference: The Greens will announce the Electricity (No Mandate, No Privatisation) Bill 2008. 
 
The Bill bans the sale of the state's retailers and long term leasing of the generators without a motion passing both houses of parliament. The Bill will be introduced for debate when parliament sits next week.
