Rolley nepotism

Evan Rolley's rise to secretary to Premier Lennon is another chapter in
Tasmania's history of interbreeding between logging and Labor, Greens
leader Bob Brown said today.

"This is a pro-Gunns, pro-pulp mill appointment. It shows Lennon at his
worst. It fails Tasmania's urgent need to take a post-industrial
direction. Rolley, as CEO of Forestry Tasmania was bald-faced in
asserting that 'none of our [Tasmania's] forests are being
woodchipped'."

"Who will believe he is there to serve Tasmania rather than Gunns'
interests?" Senator Brown asked.
