[Greens-Media] Coode Island outrage

Colleen Hartland has expressed sorrow and outrage at the Coode Island spill
tonight.

"My heart goes out to people who live in the area. Thank goodness it wasn't
a school day, because Footscray City Primary is very close by."

"I warned Parliament twice in the last session, on the 16th anniversary of
the explosion and fire in 1991, that the community needs a warning system.
There simply should't be a dangerous toxic timebomb in Footscay"

Ms Hartland has campaigned to close or shift Coode Island since before the
1991 explosion.
