Background: Australia's mandatory detention policy is given practical
effect at Sydney's notorious Villawood detention centre, the immigration
gaol that has witnessed scores of hunger strikes, self harm and
protests.  Greens candidates will be given a first hand tour of
Villawood to meet detainees incarcerated in Sydney's detention centre.
