While Howard has been attacking Peter Garrett in the Federal Parliament
for a 20% by 2020 climate change target, the Rann government was
attacking the Libs for proposing the same thing.  Now Hamilton Smith has
done a backflip and let Mike Rann off the hook over his climate change
bill.  All on World Environment Day......was he leant on by John Howard?
