Australia's Governments must set a coherent agenda for COAG which brings
together coal infrastructure, oil dependency, obesity and climate
change. 

We cannot both increase coal exports and prevent runaway climate change.
We cannot ignore the IMF's warnings of more oil price shocks. We cannot
fake our way through climate change.
