Gunns 20 judgement

His Honour Justice Bonjiorno will hand down judgement on version 4 of
Gunns Ltd's statement of claim against environmentalists in the case
known as the Gunns 20.

A decision will be announced regarding the departure of 5 defendants
from the case including Greens Senator Bob Brown and Doctors for Native
Forests. A decision regarding future proceedings of the remaining 15
defendants will also be announced. Many of the defendants will be
attending court and available for comment after the decision has been
handed down.
