Tomorrow NSW Greens MPs Ian Cohen and Sylvia Hale will inspect a new sustainable office development with the following innovative features:

·	Sewage recycling on-site
·	Water and stormwater capture and reuse
·	Natural ventilation and space for rooftop garden

*Good pictures of the building * the brainchild of sustainability coach Michael Mobbs * which is near completion and expected to house a bank.
